Policy on Returns and Exchanges

Return and exchange are accepted within 24 hours after receiving the item, and the policy will be affected if:

  1. Defective, faulty, or damaged product. 
  2. The product is not used, washed, and consists of all the tagging and protection that came along with it.
  3. All the products that are ordered from the online store should contact Customer Services for exchange, return, or refund.
  4. In some cases, depreciation charges will be applied.

How to apply for a return?

  1. In order to return it, please inform us with the reason and description of the order. 
  2. After approval, our customer support team will guide you to return the product. 
  3. Please note that the return, handling, and transportation charges will be borne by the customer. 

(Processing time of the return) 

  1. The return process will be completed in 21 working days. 
  2. However, due to a busy schedule during the season, it might take up to 30 working days for return processing. 

Note: During refunds, shipping and handling charges will be borne by the customer, hence they will not be included in the refund.
