Policy on Returns and Exchanges
Return and exchange are accepted within 24 hours after receiving the item, and the policy will be affected if:
- Defective, faulty, or damaged product.
- The product is not used, washed, and consists of all the tagging and protection that came along with it.
- All the products that are ordered from the online store should contact Customer Services for exchange, return, or refund.
- In some cases, depreciation charges will be applied.
How to apply for a return?
- In order to return it, please inform us with the reason and description of the order.
- After approval, our customer support team will guide you to return the product.
- Please note that the return, handling, and transportation charges will be borne by the customer.

- The return process will be completed in 21 working days.
- However, due to a busy schedule during the season, it might take up to 30 working days for return processing.
Note: During refunds, shipping and handling charges will be borne by the customer, hence they will not be included in the refund.
